Visitors welcome for Tea and Coffee weekdays 10am to 4pm Adjacent to St. Marychurch Parish Church Tel: 01803 322752 Opened in 1996 by actor David Suchet, the Precinct Centre is a valuable community focal point for its elderly residents. It provides a place to meet and make friends for a nominal membership of £3 per year.
In addition to nice, warm surroundings and good company, the centre offers Ladies & Gents hairdressing, Chiropody and a Library. There are activities every day of the week including Scrabble and an Art Workshop on Mondays, Bingo on Tuesdays and Fridays, Whist on Wednesdays and Bridge and a Writers’ Group on Thursdays.
The centre is a registered charity and is run entirely by volunteers. If you have a few hours to spare each week and would like to help in any way please get in touch. You will be made most welcome.
