Steep path down to it but the effort is worth it. Shingle beach,stunning limestone rock formations. Dogs allowed,Café and Pay Car Park,Fishing from rocks.
2. BABBACOMBE BEACH
Steep road and paths to the beach. Small car park. Sand and shingle beach, small pier for fishing. Café in season and gastro pub. Good for watersports, diving and small boat launch. Dogs allowed, toilets.
3. MAIDENCOMBE BEACH
Steep road down from main road, car park part way down. Steps the rest of the way. Sandy/rocky beach With several rock pools. Stunning red sandstone cliffs. Seasonal café and toilets. Dogs allowed.
4. ODDICOMBE BEACH
Blue flag beach, sand and shingle.Reached by cliff railway or steep paths or road. Seasonal toilets inc Disabled facilities and visitor centre. Three Degrees West Café, shop and deck chair hire in season. Watersports and sailing club who offer lessons in season.
5. WATCOMBE BEACH
Car park part way down then steep path with steps to the beach. Sand/rocky beach, red sandstone cliffs. Seasonal café and toilets. Some rock pools and dogs allowed, worth the climb down.
